Ugh okay leave it to a Champagne house to make some of the most spectacular domestic bubbles. Creamy effervescence and citrus/caramel/brioche notes—and that’s just the start. Really a standout.

turns out i like anything from the Anderson Valley! but really...it held up next the Cristal in a blind tasting. the bubbles "deflated" more quickly but other than that, perfection on the palate.

Cheers to top quality bubbles from the Anderson Valley of the North Coast of California!

This wine is made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.

It’s beautifully balanced with layers of autolytic characteristics like toasted almond, pie crust, brioche, biscuit, marzipan, nougat, thanks to 5 YEARS on the lees…

It has a creamy mouthfeel maintaining freshness with notes of white peach, apple, raspberry, lemon zest, white blossom…

Mousse is fine and persistent.

Excellente!!!! Really nice with a smooth creamy body and plenty of bubbles. Brioche, red berries, and citrus.

Certainly one of the finer California Sparklings imho. It is dry, full, and acidic with medium alcohol. It is balanced with medium flavour intensity of crisp apples and some citrus; the mid palate is a little more complex with cream and hints of toast. The finish softly surrounds the entire palate with a vibrant acidic note and it endures… Cheers.
