Begins with exceedingly rich aromas of burnt carmel and buttery pie crust soon as it's poured. Surprisingly bright on the pallate with flavors of yellow apple and pear, finishing with a nice creaminess reminiscent of creme fraîce. Overall, the oak slighty overpowers some of the nuanced flavors but it still paired well with fresh herb encrusted salmon, and lovely outside meal! ($9) [6/4/2017]

This is a nice Chardonnay from Sonoma County. Grapes were grown about 20 miles from the Pacific Ocean, which kept them cooler than in other adjacent areas in Sonoma .

Light yellow in color.

Fruity nose with lemon, grass, grapefruit, citrus, vanilla and toasted oak.

Dry on the palate and refreshing with cedar, vanilla, citrus and lime.

Medium to full bodied.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

I actually liked this interesting Chardonnay. Will buy it again.

Purchased on sale, great bargain. Little bit of butter with some pear. Great year for Sonoma county.

Pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.

Oaky on the nose with wood, vanilla, smoke, lemon and spices.

Full bodied and buttery with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with grapefruits, cream, limes, lemons, melons, citrus, light peaches, spices and white pepper.

Medium finish with cream.

A drinkable Chardonnay from California. Nice and simple, but too Oaky for my taste.

It's okay. A bit too pinot grigio for me. Higher acid, bit of prickly fizz.

I totally agree this 2018 vintage does get better as it warms up
