This is a simple and fruit forward Italian red. Not showing typicity at all, though.

Unbalanced with too much acidity for the fruits.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry and spicy on the palate with some RS.

Showing cooked black fruits, light wood, herbs and spices.

Hot and unbalanced.

14% alcohol by volume.

80 points.

Fantastic primitivo. Exactly what it should be.

Preferable to Italien food (Pizza).
Strong wine with fruit and cedar wood taste.

Full, ripe and with nicely integrated oak. Lovely characters of ripe plums, mulberries & black cherries. Lovely example.

Bright blue and black fruits - jammy - Zinfandel like character with mixed ripe and underripe notes

Deep ruby color.
Aromas of baked blueberry, vanilla, cocoa.
Dry. Flavors of blueberry jam, vanilla, cocoa. Rich, velvety tannins.

Perfekt!

A very distinctive Primitivo flavor.
Not too heavy.
Good chose to break the Cabernet - Merlot routine.

Delicious, interesting wine. Some sweetness and hints of almonds, while overall intense depth. Happy to discover this one.
