Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, cedar and baking spice, aged in about 30% new French oak for 12 months. On the palate flavors of ripe cherry and raspberry with cola, floral and sweet cinnamon herb spice notes. Full-bodied, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak, herbs and an earthy mineral character. Nice! Organic!

Liked the other better but this was still really good! Opened nicely but was smoky in the beginning which didn’t last.
