A gracefully enjoyable #carneros #pinotnoir - two days in the wine fridge and this 2017 has awakened. Initial oak-forward aspect has dissipated, leaving subtle cherry, sous bois, cola nut aroma. Luscious spicy acidity on the palate with a deftness to the texture and soft tannins with a black coffee finish. I love to find elegance in a Pinot from Sonoma County, especially from a producer known for powerhouse Cabs.
