Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Not bad.

This has plum on the palate, ripe fruit, & currants. Soft finish. Plenty of tannin up front when first opened, dissipated after 20 minutes. Ready to drink.

Just getting into my case of 2007. Feeling a. It like I missed the peak, but it is a very balanced, full bodied pleasant taste. With food it will be great.

Still significant tannins. Front is a bit muted. May be past it's prime but still quite drinkable and enjoyable.

Black current and plums. Vanilla. Lingering finish. Not as tannic as expected. Awesome with cedar-smoked grilled steak.

Great with my hubbies grilled duck.

Rich full bodied ruby colored cab with great blackberry flavors.
