Barbaresco Nebbiolo

Unmistakably Italian. Notes of Rose Mint and Herbs. Medium weight and ready to drink now.

Needed 4 hours of air to suddenly change. Almost undrinkable in initially. Opened up with tons of flowers, baking spice, peppercorns, chocolate, wiff of blueberries. Overall feels like it needs more time.

Spicy. It was in good shape. The fruit was substantial still, and it also had those tertiary tobacco flavors but not dominant. elegant.

Light, floral, berries. Very enjoyable

These really seem to be in a slump this year. Have to hold the others for a little while.

Roses and perfume and leather. Drinking beautifully but also lots of aging potential. Glad I have two more.

Med p tannin, bitter finish, young, need time for agem delightful biuquet with classic, elegant nebbiolo aromas- rosepedals, red cherrys. Aroma starts to open up 15 min after decant, but still neeeeeds a time. Let's see 5 to 7 years later :) nebiolo that taste like nebbiolo.
