Drinks really well at such a young age as do many of the 15’s.

A Napa kind of night. Fait-main was rocking after being open for an hour. Double decanted each cab, Rivers-Marie took the cake over the Lail. That being said, Lail needs about 5 more years even though it’s 2 years older. Solid night!

Tapped a 2014 Rivers to see where things lie. The tannins settled with 1-2 hours of decanting. The fruit - nothing’s stopping that train. A steamroller of ripe fruit backed by a titanium backbone courtesy of the hillside site. Really nice offering but not quite 94 in my book.

Young, but very nice. Very clear East Oakville character.

Wow! This wine set a new standard for me. Incredible balance. As others have said, if you have a few, try one now - you won’t be disappointed.

I’ll save the Austin Hope for wifey, she likes the sweet style, now for the real wine.
Jebs latest 💯 pointer, drink one early & save some for a few years. So good, great aromatics. $125.00 on release, deal of the year made by TRB
Jeb compares it to a great vintage of Old Sparky
