Perhaps the Best Chardonnay I have had this Year! Rich full bodied with loads of tropical fruits. Wonderful purity and just a Fabulous Finish! CB 98+

13' Rivers- Marie B Thierlot. Thomas Brown is crushing it with everything he touches with his 2013's . 30 minute decanting. The color is golden. A full-bodied wine. Big front & middle palate. The nose is wow! On the palate I get peach , buttered popcorn, honeysuckle. A little vanilla-oak, which I don't mind in this particular wine. A bit heavy on the acidity. It will be BETTER with a little time!

Very golden color. Otherwise, Galloni pretty much nailed the review. Another thing he left out, is this is some pretty good shit. PnP and I’m blown away.

After yesterday’s disappointing 2014, and the comments of others that the 2013 was better, I thought this afternoon would be a good time to open a 2013. I agree that it is much better. It is much fresher than the 14 and doesn’t have the oxidized notes that one showed. This one has lots of lovely orange blossom notes and is bright and fresh on the palate. Good density and length.
