Wine #100 on my delectable account, and as it happens my first from Mexico. Beautiful blend. Opens up nicely.

Light, fruity, earthy. Solid blend that was better with food. Probably needed some more time to open up.

Aterciopelado, afrutado pero no demasiado dulce. Bien balanceado

The last wine by the light of my Christmas stick.

Softened fruit, Mali added? Very much like a black cherry yogurt (fruit on the bottom) that has gone slightly off, the off being the acidity that keeps zinging..

This is closer in body and flavor to a Gamay, than it is to a Syrah / Cab /Merlot blend. Worth the tasting.

Muy buena integración de sabores, frutos, especias y uvas. De lo mejor de Parras. Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot

Definitivamente no sería mi primera opción para combinar con carne asada, es un vino decente sin mucho cuerpo
