It would be more useful if Delectable labelled these with what the numbers actually mean: No. 3 is the Clare Valley riesling. And what a joy it is, full of juicy lemon, vital and bright, but with the bristling acid softened from what it was at release. Lemon barley cordial without the sweetness. Still very much on the youthful side with only a hint on the nose of secondary development to come. Incredibly moreish.

Jan 4th, 2019Lemon and lime and lime blossom nose; very attractive. Fresh lime/lemon palate touched by green apple tartness, with faint hints of melon and apricot (says the Blushing Fox). Clean, racy acidity. Really nice.
