First dance with British bubbles, not Champagne but pretty damn close. Very good structure and acid. Over priced when you compare it to NV Champs. But The region is now on my radar and I am looking forward to things to come.

Blind it would be hard to believe it's not Champagne. Who knew England made good sparkling wine. Restrained acidity, great balance, delightful effervescence. Creamy with hints of green apple, toast, and almond. #QPR

Bit heavy on the autolytic notes and dosage (there's a mint chocolate chip thing I'm trying to get my head around) but really nice to see back on these shores.

Zippy apple and unripe pear - slightly shrill and angular.

Bright. Lemons. Sourdough. Searing acidity a bit much.

58% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 12% Pinot Meunier.

Brexit or not - this is good stuff!
