Pale purple color. Aromas of dark cherry, rhubarb and licorice. Haunting cherry flavors through black licorice and cedar. Paired nicely with Sous Vide steak.

Lighter than the average Zin yet tasty with notes of berry and spice. Good with filet, although I’d probably age it a bit.

I am a Ridge fan but I have learned they have many wines. This one was a big juicy fruit forward Zin.
I had a Syrah recently that was sour grapes so I will stick with trying their zins. They have a 50 that is awsome as well.
