Pretty light for a Barbaresco.. but classic. Dried rose petals, tar, tobacco, dried red current, bing cherry. Ruby red, with a burnt orange rim, dry integrated tannins. Good value wine for sure, and very vibrant for 2011.. seemed much younger than that.

Light for Nebbiolo. Soft tannins and great meatiness to its aromas.

We were caught a little by surprise by the lightness of this Barbaresco. It was tasty but hardly a big Nebbiolo driven wine.

A light red you can drink with spicy shrimp. Enough acidity to cut through. Wouldn't cut it with a steak. But I liked it.

Very thin a bit strong tannin. Other than tannin likes Pinot Noir...
