Soft and spicy morello cherry, woodsy tones, cola. Full flavored but not complex, might develop a bit with some more time

My first Rhys. Soft and subdued. There's nice fruit here and good length, but this comes across as quite straightforward and lacking in depth and complexity.

Generous and voluptuous dark Anderson fruit - black plum, dark cherry, ripe blackberry.

I don't know. this didn't wow me. Maybe had it in a dumb phase but just a bit heavy and flat to me. Wanted to really like it. Maybe just the vintage.

Really good. It's fun to drink and flexible with food.

From a select portion of the Bearwallow Vineyard. Flavor profile is exactly the same, but shows a touch more depth and richness.

We're drinking Rhys way too young tonight for educational purposes. 24hr slow ox and drinking along side the Porcupine Hill. Has great dark fruit, green notes, and spice at this stage.

Love how this wine has mellowed with a few years in the bottle. A great mix between Burgundy and California. Can’t wait to see how it progresses over the next few years

It was fun tasting this next to the 2013 Radio-Coteau Savoy from Anderson Valley. The fruit was definitely more pronounced in the Rhys. Good wine!

Less ripe fruit than previous years. Pretty wine but outclassed by a 2013 Patricia Green.
