Seriously lush aromatics. Powerful fruit which cascades across the palate- doesn't taste like, but drinks like young Riesling. Fruitiness out in front balanced by the acid & mineral core. Fantastic stuff. Disgorged 2014. All 2008 vintage.

2007 Vintage. Pale gold color with a fine bead with brioche, red fruit, apple, pear and a bit of oxidative aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, and fresh with a delicate creamy mousse and strawberry, red currant, apple, flavors and an appealing minerality. Long finish. 13% Chardonnay, 76% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Meunier; Cumiéres; 78% oak foudre and 22% enamel tanks for fermentation and aging; No malolactic fermentation; 10 g/L dosage

Candied pineapple, green apple, stale brioche. Stale is not negative; it's an indicator of its pronounced acidity. This thing has miles to go before its balanced and ripping but still very rewarding.
