Young, but the nose is super legit. Tar and roses, with an emphasis on the roses. Earth and clay pot. Opening up well - if cellared, don’t drink yet, but at Corkbuzz? Drink all of it.

Beautiful wine for a celebration! Bright Red berry fruit, rose petals and a hint of asphalt on the nose. Earthy red fruit flavors with a hint of citrus pith on the pallet. Silky and luxurious.

Nice 2011 Barbaresco. Still young, but after 30 min of air opened up well. Musket Room opened it too close to the main course service; should have opened earlier to let it breathe. Great fruit on the nose - red fruits, particularly cherry and some raspberry. Earth on the palate but refined and clean.

A superb young Barbaresco. Very floral and tannins do not intrude.
