Amazing- made in method ancestral

For me, this is the most fun wine in the world. So bright, engaging and refreshing, with a lick of sweetness and a hint of Alpine minerals. Certainly not frivolous in the making: organic, biodynamic and cork-finished (something I’d like to see in more méthode ancestrale wines).

Unexpectedly fun as dessert. Most of the acid has gone away leaving lots of fruit with the low alcohol content

Interesting for sure but not my jam. Bit too sweet. Maybe I'm less of a wine hipster than I would like to pretend.

Less residual sugar than the 2017

A “red Prosecco” that pairs nicely with fruit or ice cream. A great way to end a meal.
