roughness softened with air and became a lovely silky bottling that belied its age. Wonder if reconditioned w younger. Nice quaff.

ルモワスネのヴォルネイ・サントノ 1972。素晴らしい状態で、香りだけで一時間以上楽しめる。熟成がワインとしての枯れたニュアンスや儚さ懐かしさの方ではなく、すべて洗練されて研ぎ澄まされたニュアンスの方に作用している。おいしい。
