Terrific spice and flowers. Almost confectionary aromas. Exotic pollen almost. Very nice. Precise and complex. Palate is fresh and clean. Lovely minerality, herbals and some just ripe tropical fruit. Good crunch and purity. Nice weight and mouthfeel. Juicy as all can be. Delicious. Mango, papaya and some apricot. Hint of sweetness from the ripeness and lovely purity.

Nov 26th, 2020I Love this wine. 100% Auxerrois from Remi Gauthier. From the Moselle. Super mineral nose but also has exotic fruits. Iodine and saline as well. Elegant and complex with lovely acid and freshness. Very pure. Just a joyful wine. Inner mouth aromas and wonderful acids. Lingering finish.

Slipping into the weekend, workday done ✅, lawn mown ✅ and bottles chilling 🍾🧊, so it's time to relax before the heat wave hits us tomorrow. 🌞🏜️

Palate has saline apple juice, mashed yellow raspberry, dried lemon pith and moist garden soil. Solid acidity and a long finish, fun wine.
