This bottle is true to form. Bright with lingering acidity & slight effervescence, yet rounded with developing honeyed orange, candied apricot, and sharp green pear notes. Was curious on how 2011's were coming along so I pulled the cork. Recommended one serving per bottle. Rudi Weist. Alc 8%/vol
