Very slightly cloudy. Fresh grape and baby aspirin on the nose. Vigorous mousse. Light and rather subtle on the palate. Dry, with solid acidity. A bit of pear upfront and peach on the finish. Refreshing and nice.

I love this. Dry, but not sour. Fruity, smooth bubbles. Definitely different from champagne Like, more relaxed. Less formal. Drink this with a friend when you’re both wearing sweats.
