Unfaulted. Satisfactory in quality. Deep golden color and the most Alsatian of noses. Ripe pear, lanolin, honeysuckle and rich mouthfeel. Definitely opened up a bit, and became approachable as it sat for a bit. The palate confirmed [most] of the nose. The alcohol, unfortunately, lacked integration. Med + finish.

Apple, candied lemon rind, peach, dried apricot and tangerine. Good acidity and even better balance.

what a surprise! Blind tasting group, everyone one of us called Alsace. nope. rich nose, apricot, nectarine, cantaloupe with an underlying salinity (that blew my mind post unveiling) medium weight/viscosity. well done.

2012 - Pit fruit & floral on the nose. Medium body - heavier than expected. Medium dry - peach/nectarine flavors. Light minerality w/ a little acid on the finish. Silky, light buttery mouth feel. Nice sipping wine. (It was better than expected - we will drink this again) (grilled pork chops & asparagus)
