Nice cava to start the night for a Spanish wine dinner. Fresh, clean and crisp.

Biodynamic Cava. Aged for 55 months sur latte. Lemons, wax and minerals. Great stuff.

Manzana en compota, brioche, levadura y notas cítricas. En boca buena entrada, carbónico potente, final correcto.

Tasted in 2014: wonderful with great balance and mouth feel. Definite minerality and notes of orchard fruit and citrus.

Impressive Cava - I don't like comparing it to Champagne cause it's just not. It is enjoyable and delicious in its own right. Bold bubbles and would drink over and over w/ no qualms - I am feeling spoiled.

Staycation - Dream downtown

Tiny bubbles. Yeast. Yum. Another under appreciated Spanish wine. Well good for me from a price point 💲
