Väldigt svårbedömt vin. Doftar Pinot Noir och ser ut som lätt bourgogne. Men smaken, vad smakar den egentligen? Varken superaromatisk eller stor i smaken. Lite bigarråer, röda vinbär och omogen citrus. Behöver verkligen komma upp i temp för att komma till rätta. Fel dosage kanske, vem vet? Skulle vilja testa igen.

Delicious medium to fully bodied rosat sparkler with earthy notes from Boutique Cava producer, this one is surely intense and more food wine than aperitif, hand turned and disgorged after 36 months on the lees, delectable info is misleading as this is 70% monastrell, 20% Pinot, and 10% garnaba. Don't compare Cava to champagne, it's Catalayun native varietals that bring their own skill sets to the table.
