Dec 19th, 2020Excited to drink this producer. Almond croissant with a stewed fruit glaze on the nose. Palette is like you drank briney sea water then popped a jumbo marshmallow and some Fuji apple. Some aged manchego in there somewhere. Drinking quite well right now, nothing wham bam out of control about it but damn good.
