Totally traditional and respectful wine methods are giving incredible results. I've tried it plenty of times and absolutely fell in love with this winery. Complex aroma which becomes better after aeration. Nutty, creamy hints elevating to fresh blossom of white flowers. Touch of spices and perfect toastness all the way. Next time I'll try to decant it. Palate is easy but complex, with medium acidity and long bready finish. 95/100
