Yum yum sauce for my palate. Patience was rewarded. Cork was fairly dry so be careful when u open yours - use a Coravin

Great time tasting at Realm. The 07 Falstaff was showing beautifully.

WOTN! Pop and pour but the perfect definition of a RP cab!

A Cab Franc dominated blend, this is really singing tonight. Fresh and lively with excellent concentration. Very nice.

Lighter on the palate than the nose; nice surprise. Smooth and light. Like coppa - soft, melts in your mouth, not bitter, a little buttery and very slightly sweet with a hint of herbal notes. Enjoyable with pasta and pesto dinner at home.
