Pale salmon in color. Honeysuckle, herbs and a touch of anise on the nose. Bruised apple (or mealy apple, really), quince, and a bit of buttered toast. A celebration drink after my 9 year olds choir concert. For which he selected “Chipotle!” as his special treat dinner 🤣. Good thing this will go!
