Stellar. Pale straw yellow color. Hints of dried raspberries and a whiff of my wife’s shampoo. Drinks stiff but not stuffy. Bubbles are on point. Dry as a bone with great acidity. Definitely a food wine.

Pepe making some of the absolute best sparkling coming out of Spain. This was so high toned with an insane amount of minerality coming through with some saline qualities on the back end. Just stellar.

Pepe Raventos seems to be the keystone of making mind boggling mineral driven sparkling from Spain. Sea spray, oyster water, Ria's biscuits and an ever expanding tightly woven texture. Killer extract and concentration

this was a little quiet at first, developed after being open a while. Initially white floral and white stone fruit on nose. Light weight, fresh lemon lime. Re-visit; yeasty notes and a creaminess added complexity. I think this needs age.
