Matched w pork and herb sausages, capsicum, red onions and red wine and herb sauce w gnocchi.

dark cherry, black raspberry, red liquorice, straight up amaro with orange rind along with some proper Turkish delight, tea leaf & walnuts. Light as feather to taste with the freshest of acidity. Tannins here a gentle, showing Nebbiolos more friendly side. Length is okay

Drank marginally young. Tanic beast. Fresh juicy acid. Sour raspberries, cherries and cranberry with a tiny touch of leather. So structured, so impressive.
