Wonderfully bright for its age. Golden straw in appearence entwined with flavored youthful spiced honey, aged naji pears, golden apples, apricots, and yellow nectarines on the palate. All cleaned up with hidden pockets of lemon.
Reminds me a little of semillon desert wine with out being too bold. — 4 months ago
Amazing!! I have never tried a Gewürztraminer quite like this before. A wonderful introduction to an Ice wine from Spain! The beads were delicate, w a silk like smooth and fine effervescences complimenting the wine. Its expression of delicate white petals, rose, subtle ripe apricot and white peach. Finishing w a fresh acidity from the classic green granny smith apple. #wineporn — a year ago
Fantastic wine! Lemon golden colour. On the nose very mineral, waxy stone fruit, pineapple, spice. Palate showing very youthful wine. Great fine and delicate balance of acid and fruit, dancing on the palate. There is a wonderful waxy characteristic, with a hint of spice and mineral, slight sprits and musky, flavour. Egg white??Pineapple with dandelion pollen and slight honeysuckle expression.Lovely wine ! Matched with peaking duck. — 2 years ago
Interesting wine. Dark savoury fruit on nose, rather constrained. Tight gripping tannin, seemed a bit too young to drink now? Hints of green herbs bordering underripe or whole bunch press. Secondary characters of rounded almost charred oak, hints of black spice. Cellar till possibly 2018+ before attempting to drink. — 2 years ago

This wine needs to be treated like a Nebbiolo and aerated, for 30+min. Initially the flavours were constrained, sour red fruit, cranberry, raspberry, red plum, hints of black fruit. Otherwise very herbal, lost of green underripe tones, vine branches ?! Once opened up the fruit characteristics were more pronounced, black currant, black plum, blueberry, sweet red fruit still there, more savoury secondary flavours now, liquorice is evident, not as herbal. On the palate fruit is lovely and smooth, well rounded, tannins medium w acid matching. The herbal/bush is evident just not as much, tending toward the back of the palate. — 2 years ago
