Absolutely gorgeous and fully mature Zinfandel. Nose of red fruits and lovely balsamic. So smooth with still slightly tannic finish. Actually no hurry to drink this one. Came from one of Joel’s archive offerings.

More rounded than higher alcohol (14.9%) Zins from Dry Creek or Lodi, it has good fruit without overwhelming. Shows that large producers can make high quality wines.
