Just insane. Nose is so fine. Lemon oil, lemon pith, yeast and toast. Glorious baking spices. Hint of oxidation adds to the allure. Palate is so good. Unreal fine mousse. I mean FINE. Top notch finesse and elegance and wonderful sapidity. My god the pitter patter on the finish of spice, acids and fine textural mousse stuff is phenomenal. This is as good as it gets in Germany.

My absolute fav for NYE! This eats most Champagnes for breakfast!
Disgorged Jan 2020, classical PN, PM, Ch blend.
Beautifully aromatic with brioche, toasted hazelnuts, grated lemon peel, candied orange, ripe red apples, red soft fruit, a tiny hint of mushroom. Stunning.
On the palate nice froth, tiny, persistent bubbles, gorgeous mouthfeel.
This is a stunning wine!

Classic blend of CH, PN, PM, 1/3 each. 60+ months on the lees, disgorged Jan 2020.
This is complex & quite profound. Nose shows terrific tension between the lemon, lemon peel & kumquat and the toasted brioche with fresh hazelnuts & freshly made creme brûlée.
Lovely mouthfeel, v. creamy & quite rich yet impeccably balanced with electric acidity, super fine froth and a hint of minerality in the background. Great depth, purity and precision, but most of all, finesse.
This beats most Champagnes flat out.
A truly great wine!
