Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2022 pours, a bright magenta color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of fresh strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with low tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This is a deliciously quaffable Rosado and yet has enough complexity and “je ne sais quoi” to grab one’s attention. Drink now and over the next handful of years. Uncle Raúl is a master.

2 days on skins. 4 mos on fine lees. earthy, fresh cranberry, black cherry. textural volume, pop of that fresh cherry on the palate. lovely

A beautiful deep ruby color, ripe strawberries and minerals on the nose and palate, a round body with light acidity. Super delicious!

Not sweet but had fruity aroma. Cranberry. Between dry and Demi sec. Smooth. Great balance between red and white.
