Peach, yellow cherries. Huge backbone, ultraconcentrated. Big acidity balances the slight sweetness perfectly. Hard to think of a better Thanksgiving wine.

Zesty, perky, youthful and come-hither with lime blossom and white peach.

Lovely nose. Moore B tasting with winemaker last hour with more limited selection. Indeed there’s something special with the Ratzenburger wines, especially the ones with age in the winery cellar. Impressive sparkling to mature Spatlese, all wonderful.
