This is a nice Sauv Blanc. Nothing over the top but crispy and sharp with good acid and minerality. Some citrus dessert flavors like key lime pie and and lemon icing. Just a touch of sweetness which balances well with the acidity.

I like the herbs and passion fruit, together with the minerality it suits me comfortably! It’s wart spring now, and I look forward to another bottle in summer.

The fruit notes were great, but the herbs tasted almost like roasted red pepper which I wasn’t a fan of.
