This is a nice Sauv Blanc. Nothing over the top but crispy and sharp with good acid and minerality. Some citrus dessert flavors like key lime pie and and lemon icing. Just a touch of sweetness which balances well with the acidity.

The fruit notes were great, but the herbs tasted almost like roasted red pepper which I wasn’t a fan of.

Unusual in a good way. Love the hints of jalapeno, but it's also floral with hints of minerality. Enjoyable and unique.
