[40% Monastrell, 30% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon] This Spanish rouge blend from Valencia is highly aromatic, floral, red fruits, nice acid balance, very nice depth but not at all heavy like I’d expect with the grapes in the cepage, lingering finish, lovely.
