Tend to like more buttery Chards (which this is not, to me) but the crispness is surprisingly nice and mellow. Definitely an apple on the tounge but not painfully tart as other Chards-

Loved this (although what's not to live?). Had it with a creamy mushroom quiche followed up with pears poached in a white wine (not this one). Great meal.
