After a one hour decant this was really singing in the glass. Showing its age at first, with some tertiary notes of umami/soy sauce. With some air this really opened up and came to life. Cherries, violets, some earthiness. Great mouthfeel. I thought this may be past it’s prime bug this is alive and kicking.
