3rd ever vintage of this wine. By far a more woody attitude but still a refreshing acidity and fruit layer that pairing with Sauerbraten really brought to the fore. Showing it’s earthy and herbal side. Pretty epic to find ally open this in year 17.

Pallet is still fresh, but aroma is starting to fall off. Showing very well for its age. Great acid.

At its peak. I love the cinnamon, baking spices and raspberry notes. With a bit of wood. Great balance. But the trill was gone the following day. Drink up.
