McLaren Vale Shiraz

Clear, deep purple. Clean not much on the nose, black currant chocolate.
Dry, med acid, med to full body, med to high tannin.
Spicy, white pepper , alcoholic burn. Short finish. Some chocolate. Acceptable

At home drink. Nice wine.

Too dry and too heavy of a fruit flavor for me. Kinda jammy, which isn’t my thing.

Dark current, big fruit on the nose, pepper spice, round and dense, tannic and dark chocolate.

Great in flavor and spice -hints of pepper. Absolutely would defer more of!

Dark fruit with pepper, cinammon and hints of tobbaco 👃
Zippy and fruity, almost syropy.
Medium acidity. Fruity shit, not too sweet.
Firm but elegant tannins. Medium 🎯
Does what Ozzie Shiraz is supposed to do.
Paired well with a big variety medterrenian dinner.

Slightly sweet. Can definitely taste and smell pepper.

This wine was more than I expected! Robust tannin/oak structure. Leather and dark fruit

A little weak on the nose but there is some current flavored there. The taste is nice with some very light pepper and some very light lilac and melon. The finish is black berry with young tobacco. I like!

Great South Aussie Shiraz. Good tannin and blackcurrant flavor
