Very solid. Densely fruity with dried apple and quince, not super yeasty, fairly noticeable dosage. Back label states Nov '14 disgorging, but lot number appears to appears be later.

Wonderful 90% Pinot Noir champagne - I try to keep a bottle (or 3!) around as house bubbles. Lovely Anjou pears and green apples with a healthy backbone of toasty notes; not quite brioche but getting there. Definitely out punches it’s price point

Nicely made NV grower champs. On the nose, yeasty and toasty apples, pears, lees. In the mouth, buttered toast and grilled apples. Great acidity. Good length. Perfect for painting and drinking on a Sunday. Disgorged Nov 2015.
