Sep 9th, 2023Pretty bird! Was not expecting this kind of concentration and intensity at this price point. Candied lemon, grapefruit, stone fruit, with something a bit herbal or even soapy in the background at first. Definitely benefits from some air.

Feb 2nd, 2018Well rounded, light weight full bodied white. In the nose may appear a bit plain but that may be related to the delicate nature of the grape. Like a soft melody in the distance Peachy , melony, tea like with hints of passion fruit develops into citrusy, camomile and rose finishing up with a bit of mineral and an interesting twist with the oak notes out of the journey through the barrels... It pairs great with pretty much anything. It doesn’t rival his relatives the Alvarinho but it has the potential to do so in the future as a more affordable alternative. It lacks a bit of personality and definition just in the same way someone really young is growing up... I will definitely go back to this variety again.
