Long lived, the work on the lees leaving dominant autolitic notes. More body than usual, Loureito and Caiño Blanco alongside Albariño. Honey, dry peaches, green almond and butter. Complex and long, would not hold it further

Good representative of the region and the O Rosal county. Acidity, ocean, green apples, and good body from the Loureiro I guess. Refreshing

90 Albariño, 5 Caino, 5 Loureiro; Rosal is a tiny appellation situated right where the Mino River empties into the Atlantic Ocean. Intensely saline, almost iodized. Densely textured, with powerful aromas/flavors of wet stones, sea spray, ripe citrus. Tiny bit of trapped CO2 + bracing (and appropriate) acidity. #rosal #ríasbaixas #couselo

Refreshing and very enjoyable! Similar to what we’ve had at little Spain. Bright and a little oaky. More like a sav Blanc but more interesting.
