Jun 20th, 2026Very expressive & bursting with freshly cut, wet herbs - basil, mint, thyme, tarragon, salvia - on a solid bed of minerality and a touch of exotic fruit.
On the palate this shows great purity & precision - herbs & fruit again, with beautiful minerality shining through a very long finish.
This is quite distinctive and very, very good!
