Amazingly consistent quality and impressive reliable "house style" vintage after vintage.
Recently checking in on the 2002-2008 I think this 2nd label wine should be consumed on the earlier side to take advantage of the voluptuous and jammy fruit while you wait for their flagship CS to evolve.

Classic QC-style, extremely concentrated (from reverse osmosis?) dense and with tons of blue/black fruits.

Nov 22nd, 2016Usually a favorite QPR for me this (specific bottle?) was completely off balance.
The stated 15.2% alc. also didn't do it any favor.
I have my doubts this will improve with age so think it is time to drink up.

Oct 19th, 2015Forgot to take a photo of the bottle before our server took it, oops. Wow was this tasting nice for a 10 y/o bottle. So much dark fruit on this with some lovely chocolate and spice notes. Decanted a bit and enjoyed for a few hours with dinner. Such an amazing wine for the price.
