Tonight's tasting: group ranked 2 of 4. Aromas of green pepper initially and then blueberry and a touch of antiseptic brett. The attack is a bit spicy—could it be the 15% alcohol?—but there's lots of black fruit and a round finish.

A solid second wine that was tasting like a legitimate cab in its own right. A little perfume sense on the nose this wine was a nice complement to our meal and to the other wines tasted tonight.
