Si presenta torbido e spumoso nel primo impatto mi fa venire in mente una cosa che avevo rimosso, bibita americana di vino e frutta chiamata Wine cooler. Non è sgradevole, tutt'altro, ma non riesco a definirlo vino. Qualcuno all'assaggio lo ha paragonato ad alcune birre artigianali non convenzionali. Non fa X me .

Organic, unfiltered, Sparkling, Cloudy, Lemon grind, there is some earthy tone, some yeasty note, a bit steel, irony, stony. White flower floral note.

Re-rating because I had this one at a tasting and sometimes you can lose context at tastings. This is superb. Biodynamic sparkling Malvasia. Rocky and cloudy and zinging. It's balanced, though. The acid and the minerality respect each other. The fruit - fuzzy pears and quince - is there but not too forward.
