Apr 26th, 2018Super fresh wine. Lots of yellow fruit and a dense, smoky minerality. The smokiness is not as noticeable on the palate but it gives the wine a somewhat oaky feeling even though it never touched wood.

Nov 20th, 2015I have had a shit-ton of excellent wine today. None more fascinating than this.

Feb 28th, 2015Funky, reductive nose with some hints of rosemary; fresh, racy, lots of texture, notes of salt, caramel, and lemons; long, oily finish. Similar weight to a good dry Vouvray, but a very different flavor profile. Funkier than what I'm usually into, but I loved it! Paired nicely with the random avocado BLT that I whipped up for dinner, but would pair even better with oily fish dish.
